This is no ordinary cold coffee. Specifically, it is not cold brew. That means that we don’t leave it out to soak at room temperature in a mop bucket exposed to oxygen and dust overnight, then filter it though a big wet sock.

Instead, we extract it hot. Then we immediately cool and keg it without letting a ton of air (or bugs) in it. That’s why it tastes exceptional: Bright, juicy, sweet, and exceptionally crisp. Please try it, on us.
